Grindelia Pentarkan® Ptk. 51

Schwabe Grindelia Pentarkan Ptk 51 drops are homeopathic medicine to treat asthma symptoms in adults and children through a proprietary blend of several homeopathic herbs (available in drops). It acts well against allergic bronchitis and mild bronchial asthma.

Compositions

100 g Ptk 51 drops contain: Ephedra vulgaris Ø 30 g; Grindelia robusta Ø 3 g; Ipecacuanha 3X 10 g; Justica adhatoda 1X 10 g; Lobelia inflata 3X 10 g; Excipients Q.S. to 100 g. Ethanol 66 % (V/V).

Indications

Grindelia Pentarkan is traditionally used for treatment of asthma symptoms in adults and children mild bronchial asthma and allergic bronchitis. Asthma symptoms in adults and children include coughing, wheezing, dysponea (breath shortness) and tightness.

• Helpful in de-congestion, relaxation, and expectoration
• Corrects metabolic disturbances
• Covers wheezing, oppression of the chest with viscous mucus
• Also indicated for spasmodic cough, dry cough, cough with nausea and vomiting, constant constriction in the chest.

Dosage/ Usage

Grindelia mother tincture is used as follows: In case of acute symptoms take 1 tablet per hour, at most 12 times daily until improvement is felt. For decaying complaints or in chronic cases use 1 tablet 1-3 times daily.
